Unsure of what the difference between a Sockeye and a King Salmon is? Searching for the texture you love? Check out one of our vendor’s excellent salmon guides for more information. We’ve summarized the basic flavor information here. All products listed are from Alaska, unless otherwise noted.
2018 UPDATE: Bad winter weather severely impacted this year’s Alaskan season–things are running about 2 weeks behind. Unfortunately Copper River catches were sub-par at best, so we were unable to bring in any fresh OR frozen product to cover us until next year. We have found good supplies of Kings, Cohos and Sockeyes to cover us through this year. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Salmon by the CaseMany of our fish fillets come in cases, which we offer at a discount. Please notice the pack form of the cases before purchasing: vacuum packed (VP), individually quick frozen (IQF) or block frozen (block).
