Cooking Tips & Recipes
Halibut’s thick flesh holds up to a variety of cooking methods, but will become dry if overcooked. Substitutions include Grouper, Snapper and large Cod fillets. These 4oz portions are ideal for surf-and-turf or battered halibut — just remember to remove the small bone on the side of the portion.
