Albacore Tuna has a light flesh and mild flavor which is great for seafood beginners. Compared to Ahi Tuna, Albacore is slightly softer when eaten raw, but firmer when cooked. Albacore’s lower price point and more mild flavor make it great for beginning sushi eaters.
