This Atlantic Salmon product is sushi-grade. Simply pierce the package and thaw the salmon under refrigeration or cold running water before mixing with your favorite toppings over rice.
Thawing Instructions:
Remove from package. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before consumption.
If a quicker thawing process is required, thaw under cool, running water.
This product can be consumed raw.
