Flavor Profile
Anchovies are a very polarizing fish — you either love them or hate them. Their heavy fishy and salty flavor is great for snacking or as a topping for an Italian pizza.
Cooking Tips & Recipes
Typically, anchovies are eaten right out of the package. The thorough salt curing process allows them to be eaten raw without any health concerns. When cooked, they are usually pan-fried, or (if used in another dish) baked.
