Flavor Profile
Manila Clams are similar in sweetness to our Eastern Little Neck Clams, but tend to be juicier, more plump, and not quite as salty.
Cooking Tips & Recipes
Manila Clams, like other varieties of clams, are best when steamed, broiled, or sautéed. Before cooking, toss any open clams, and after cooking, toss any clams that do not open. Thoroughly wash clams before preparing.
