Wild Copper River Sockeye Salmon is an excellent choice for a wide variety of preparations. Along with our other species of wild-caught salmon, this product is not sushi-grade, and should be cooked before consuming.
The strong salmon flavor of Sockeyes can stand up to heavy seasoning like blackening, but can also thrive with mellow, simple flavors like lemon.
