Flavor Profile
Shoyu Ahi–Yellowfin Ahi Tuna simply tossed with shoyu, a Japanese-style soy sauce. Shoyu is typically a 50/50 mixture of traditional soy sauce and wheat, creating a sweeter & more balanced flavor than normal soy sauce. Optional mix ins: diced white & green onions
Wasabi Ahi–Yellowfin Ahi Tuna in a traditional poke sauce with a hint of wasabi oil. Elevated and complex flavor highlights the traditional Japanese wasabi flavor without the heat. Don’t worry, wasabi tobikko (flying fish roe) creates a burst of spicy, wasabi flavor with every bite.
Sriracha Salmon–moderately flavored Atlantic Salmon is highlighted by a spicy sriracha and sesame sauce. Pairs well with cooling cucumber and rice.
California Roll–Yellowfin Ahi Tuna pairs with chunks of Imitation Crab to make this classic sushi-favorite even better! Optional mix ins: Diced cucumber, white & green onions and creamy avocado.
Instructions
OVERNIGHT THAW (Recommended)
Remove fish from box, carefully puncture vacuum packs and thaw in refrigerator overnight on a plate. Do not thaw in refrigerator with vacuum seal intact.
COLD WATER (QUICK) THAW
Cover sealed bags with cold water until thawed, for up to 2 hours. Package should be pliable once thawed.
MIX & SERVE
Once thawed, mix fish with included sauce packed in a bow. Add any additional toppings of choice, mix, and serve immediately.
