Cooking Instructions

Deep Fry: Cook from Frozen – Preferred Method
• Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C)
• Fill fryer basket not more than half full
• Shake basket to prevent fish from adhering
• Fry for 2 – 3 minutes for 1-2 oz fillets and 3 ½ – 5 minutes for 2-3 oz fillets

Convection Oven:
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
• Place fish on a parchment lined baking sheet
• Bake in center of oven for 10 – 12 minutes for 1 – 2 oz fillets and 14 – 16 minutes for 2-3 oz fillets, or until product is crisp
