Cook from Frozen.
Preheat a non-stick skillet and 1-2 TBSP of olive oil or butter over Medium-High heat.
Add seafood to skillet and sauté for 7-8 minutes, stirring often; drain excess liquid after cooking.
Season to taste and serve.
