Cooking Tips & Recipes
Large firm flakes means Striped Bass can hold up to almost any cooking method. Whole Striped Bass are commonly grilled or roasted. Removing the scales with a knife or scraper before cooking is recommended. Simply run a stiff flat object against the fish skin in the opposite direction of the scales. Rinse and pat dry.
Substitute with Black Seabass or Grouper.
